OneTime Flat Rate

We offer a one time flat rate.  The flat rate covers all necessary court requirements for filings, deadlines and professional jargon.  There's no additional service charge by our office at anytime.   (The court's filing fee is currently $435 to file your Petition.  If both parties agree, there's no other court filing fees for you to pay).

Form Prep $499:   Form Prep services is for parties that agree and need help with all the court forms.  We've simplified the court form process into 3 easy steps to help you manage it all without feeling overwhelmed.  In each of our customized 3 Steps, we provide a short list of what we need to complete your forms for you. 

Mediation $899 each:  This includes all Form Prep services and as many Mediation sessions as necessary from start to end.  Should both parties agree to resolve their differences without lawyers and court hearings, Mediation is available to facilitate a mutually beneficial resolution.  

In the event that during the Form Prep process the parties do not agree on any issue,  you will receive a credit of $499 towards the costs of Mediation.
