OneTime Flat Rate

We offer a one time flat rate.  The flat rate covers all necessary court requirements for filings, deadlines and legalese.  There's no additional service charge by our office at anytime.   (The court's filing fee is currently $435 to file your Petition.  If both parties agree, there's no other court filing fees for you to pay).

Form Prep $499:   Form Prep service is for parties that agree and need help with all the court forms.  Mediation $899 each:  Includes all Form Prep service and as many Mediation sessions as necessary to help both parties resolve their differences without lawyers and court hearings.  Mediation facilitates a mutually beneficial resolution.  

In the event that during the Form Prep process the parties do not agree on any issue,  you will receive a credit of $499 towards the costs of Mediation.
