A Summary Dissolution is a simplified divorce process available to couples who meet specific eligibility requirements. In general, you may qualify if you have been married for less than five years, have no children together, do not own any real estate, and both spouses agree on how to divide property and debts, including waiving spousal support. If you meet the court's requirements, a Summary Dissolution can provide a faster, more straightforward alternative to a traditional divorce.
“I understand that clients can face enormous stress and disheartening uncertainty during this process. It brings me immense satisfaction to help people navigate through these challenging times and achieve the best possible outcomes.”
